You want to make sure you a few different recipes and combinations you might like. The first step is to make sure you prepare all your fruits and vegetables. You can start by making sure your items are cleaned properly. Once they are clean you can start to chop them into chunks and cubes. You may also want to slice some of the items into thin slices but it all depends on the fruit or vegetable that you are slicing. Once they are complete it is a good idea to keep them chilled until you are ready to use them. If you want to use them right away you can place them in your container that you will be using.

When you are preparing water that is infused you want to make sure that you make enough that you can use it through the entire day. One glass at a time is not enough to get the full effect. You want to also make sure that use good filtered water and a container that will fit about eight full glasses in it. Add the fruit and vegetables to the container then add in your eight glasses of filtered water.
Soaking Cut Fruit or Vegetable in Water
Now that you have your pitcher or container ready you might be ready to dive in but you want to use some restraint. You want to make sure that you let your pitcher sit in the fridge for about four hours before you should start to drink it. The infusing will start in the fridge and that means that the additives that you put in will release some of their natural flavor and make the water have the essence of them.
